 Evening Children’s Group Supervisor
Monday through Thursday evening volunteers are needed to supervise children, assist with activities and help with homework. 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
Volunteers interested will need to be fingerprinted.

 Tutors
Work individually with a child, helping them in their studies and focusing on problem areas. Most children are not available for tutoring until after 5:00pm.

 Shelter Preparation
This position involves assisting with the day-to-day duties of maintaining the shelter. Individuals and groups can volunteer during the week or on weekends. There are a variety of activities that need to be done on a regular basis such as organizing donated items, picking up and organizing our children’s room, light gardening and cleaning, sweeping the property and the playground, etc...

 Furniture Pick Up /Delivery
On occasion, volunteers are needed to assist staff with picking up donated furniture items and delivering them to our storage unit or to recipient families.

|
|
 Office Support
Help with answering phones, taking reservations, sorting mail, data entry and thank you letters.
